Granted not everyone is born to be a leader, nevertheless, the essential skills required to become a leader can easily be inculcated especially at a young age. Leadership stems from the ability to work in a team, listen to others, communicate effectively, and have a commanding personality.
However, leadership skills can be easily inculcated in children by teaching them how to communicate effectively and listening to opinions. This requires a ton of patience, which children often lack.
